A： aPure 的商品只要一般清潔即可輕鬆洗淨，因每個家庭洗滌習慣不同，建議您不要使用漂白水，以免發生褪色問題。另外也請避免使用柔軟精,因為有些柔軟精為達到柔軟芳香功能，成分中有較強烈的化學物質，有可能導致柔軟精殘留堵塞纖維毛孔，影響機能效果，因此建議您盡量不要使用。

Q：為什麼 aPure 都建議使用中性清潔劑洗滌機能性衣物?

A：市售的洗衣劑大部分為強鹼性，因洗滌時經過稀釋，洗衣劑會呈現弱鹼性反應，除非不當或過量使用，否則一般洗劑、冷洗精、甚至沐浴乳、洗髮精，都不會影響 aPure 商品機能，另外如果習慣用強鹼洗衣劑長時間浸泡衣物，可能會出現，傷害纖維結構的狀況，提醒您請勿過量使用此類洗衣劑。

Q： aPure 機能商品的使用壽命有多長?洗久了會無效嗎?

A：aPure 所有商品都是用多種特殊纖維與工法製造，每一條織維本身都具備機能性，在一般清洗保養的條件下不會去減低它的效果，使用壽命就跟一般衣物一樣。另外請您特別注意，請勿用洗衣刷非常用力的刷洗，以免破壞撕裂纖維的構造而減低效果。
